The Caribbean Scout Commissioners meeting took place from March 22 to 25 in Aruba. 44 Scouts from 16 countries, including representatives from the Regional Committee, the Interamerican Support Office and the Interamerican Scout Foundation.

Scouting Antiano was represented by District Commissioners Ludson Valks and Arjan Yntema, Youth program Commissioner Idylliene Corsen-Simon and International Commissioner Daniel Corsen. Daniel Jr. was also present but in his role as the Chairperson of the Regional Committee.
